Because we work with several manufacturing partners, we can meet a wide range of size requirements. Of course, in the construction of any building, there are limitations due to the design of the structure, which relate to the load-bearing capacity and design of the structures. Our colleagues will help you to understand the design and the correct sizing of the structures and will try to find the best solution for you, taking into account your possibilities.
For the sample buildings presented on our website, the description clearly shows the actual building dimensions. If you request a specific offer, you can use the request for proposal form to view diagrams and descriptions of the parameters help you find your way around the type and size of buildings. If you are still unsure about the design, please contact us on one of our contact numbers and our colleagues will help you with the information you need during office hours.
If you already like one of our sample products on our website, you can select the building, enter the necessary information and click on the button below to send us your quote request. When filling in the form for the request for quotation, you can change some of the parameters of the sample products and provide us with additional information about your ideas in the comment box. You will always receive an automatic message when your request is successful and a confirmation email will be sent when we process your order.
If you don't receive a message when you submit your request, please check your spam folder and if you don't find the confirmation message there, please contact us by phone.
In case you want to order from us with specific parameters, please select the request a quote option on our website. When filling in the form, you can upload a sketch or a hand-drawn drawing, which will be sent to us with your request for quotation. You can of course also send us your request by e-mail, but by filling in the form on the website you can see more clearly what information we need to prepare your offer. This will reduce the number of emails sent in several rounds and you will receive your offer sooner.
On average, requests for proposals are answered in 1-3 working days, in the order in which they are received. However, very specific requests are reviewed and priced by the production centre, which takes longer. Of course, we try to get back to all our customers as soon as possible.
It is important to note that we do not take orders or requests for quotations over the phone, as this increases the chances of incorrect recording of parameters and customer data, for which Pulion.hu cannot be held responsible. Therefore, in all cases, customers must have an e-mail account or an e-mail address where communication between the customer and our company can be conducted securely. The written documentation ensures our customers that everything is done as described, from the request for quotation/order, through installation, to the end of the warranty period.
Important information!
In some cases, a request may not appear in our system, or may not appear correctly: you will receive a confirmation even though we have previously recorded it. In such cases, we will receive an error message and we will ask you again for the parameters of the request, so please provide us with an e-mail address and phone number where we can reach you. Also, unfortunately, email addresses such as Freemail, Citromail, Yahoo and Hotmail are not always handled correctly by the Google-based system, so emails or requests for quotes sent from these addresses may not be displayed. If you are using such an email address, please contact us at any of our contact details after submitting your request to check that your message has been received.
When defining the dimensions of buildings, the external dimensions are indicated everywhere. This makes it possible to determine how much base preparation is required for the product. Even when comparing the technology used to assemble the buildings and the quality of the foundations, there can be a difference of a few centimetres at most between the dimensions of the building as ordered and the actual building installed, so you can design with the parameters given in the order. Depending on the specific needs of the client, the internal dimensions can vary considerably even for two identical buildings, so it is worthwhile to know how the frame structure will shape the interior space.
Our quality products are made with a galvanized frame with lock sections or with a double layer of paint (brown or black) on request. For sandwich panel insulated buildings, all frame elements are galvanised.
We know that there are many factors to consider before buying a mobile home before you can make the best decision for you. That's why all our offers are valid for 8 days. During this time you have the opportunity to find out the terms we are offering and assess your options. Of course, if you have any questions, you can contact us at Pulion.hu team at your disposal.
In all cases, we can accept orders on the basis of the form you fill in on our website or the information sent to our e-mail address. In the case of orders placed by telephone, we cannot guarantee that the parameters required to place the order are fully recorded in our system. The written offer and its acceptance are contractual, so that both our customers and we can refer to the content of the communication, thus ensuring clear and transparent communication for both parties.
According to the regulation introduced on 1 January 2017, buildings with a volume of less than 100 cubic metres and a ridge height of 4.5m (3.5m in the case of flat roofs) do not need to trigger a permit. Nevertheless, there are municipalities that overrule this provision, possibly applying the default legislation in a different way. You should therefore check with your local authority for the exact local rules, as it is for the local authorities to determine whether a permit is required. We cannot be held responsible if it subsequently transpires that the installation of the building does require a permit, so please make sure you are properly informed of the local possibilities. The regulations in force can be found on the next page: What does not require a building permit
Please contact us with any questions you may have between 09:00 and 17:00 on working days. You can contact us at here you will find. If our colleagues cannot answer the phone because they are talking to another customer, please be patient and we will call you back.
You can of course email us at any time of the day, but it is important to know that we are not able to handle telephone or email enquiries outside of public holidays, weekends and customer service hours.
Of course, the installation assistance number, managed by our interpreter, will be available to you throughout the delivery.
You can track your order by email or phone, but we can only provide you with a delivery date if our logistics team has already started planning the route to your address.
Have a question? Let's talk about it!
Once you have confirmed your order and we have received the exact delivery address, we will send the building parameters to the production centre. When placing your order, you will always need to provide us with the date of availability, which will indicate the date from which you can be sure to receive the building at the installation site. Our logistician will use this date as a basis for planning and as soon as possible, the building ordered will be placed on the truck heading for you as soon as possible.
As soon as our logistician prepares a delivery route with your order, we will contact you by phone no later than 5-7 working days before the installation and inform you of the delivery date, giving you a 3-5 hour timeframe for our technicians to arrive. The average delivery time is 4-8 weeks from the specified reception date and finalisation of the order for a DELUX building and 1-3 months for a DELUX insulated building. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on production capacity and orders.
Confirmation is always done by telephone. It is therefore very important that when entering your personal details, you ensure that your contact information is correctly recorded.
During the confirmation process, our colleague will check the parameters of the building with you once again to ensure that the product is manufactured to your specifications. A sketch of the building is often produced by the production centre and sent to you by e-mail. It is a good idea to check the details in the sketch carefully and, if possible, confirm them with us the same day - or let us know if any corrections are needed so that the production process can start as soon as possible.
During the confirmation process, contact details are verified, the address and coordinates of the installation site, payment and billing details, and our customers are given the phone number of our translator, who they can call during the installation if necessary to coordinate with the Polish installation colleagues. Finally, during the confirmation process, we will agree on the conditions for the arrival and parking of the truck and we will also ask for photographs of the foundation so that the installers can plan the installation of the building as smoothly as possible, taking into account the conditions on site. If it is not possible to ensure that the truck arrives at the installation site, that it is properly parked and that the necessary conditions for the safe assembly of the building are not available, our manufacturing partner may refuse to deliver or assemble the product. If during the confirmation we receive false information that is not true and the installation is cancelled due to the Customer's fault, the manufacturing and service costs will be invoiced.
If you are unavailable during the installation, we will try to contact you by e-mail. As we work with groupage deliveries and deliveries on the route are closely spaced, we can wait up to 1 hour if we are unable to contact you using any of the contact details you have provided. In this case, we may charge a penalty and a cancellation fee, and we will only be able to deliver your order on the next scheduled route to that region, subject to an additional delivery fee.
Our DELUX and DELUX insulated products are mostly delivered by 3.5-tonne trucks, which are nearly 8 metres long, 2.6 metres wide and can reach heights of 4.2 to 4.4 metres, depending on the load. The installation site can be up to 20 metres from a point where the truck can safely stop and park for the duration of the installation. As our installers are not contracted to carry the elements, they are not allowed to move the elements beyond this distance. If the distance exceeds 20 metres, or if the terrain conditions require it (difficult ground, high winds), we can only carry out the installation with the help of the person you provide (2-4 people with gloves, depending on the size of the building and the distance, who are physically fit enough to carry and possibly hold the elements). Otherwise, we can only undertake the installation under specific conditions, which must be agreed with you at the time of placing the order, taking into account local conditions. You must inform us of this in advance!
You will also have to ensure safe and adequate parking for the truck during the installation. If these conditions are not met, we can only arrange transport if you arrange for the elements to be moved to the unsuitable road, e.g. by a smaller lorry of your own, on which the elements of the building can be transferred without damage. As this takes longer than the average installation time, we can only arrange delivery with a surcharge (availability fee). If parking is not in the immediate vicinity of the installation, you must provide a person to supervise the truck during the installation. In this case, please contact us before the delivery so that we can arrange this in good time.
Ensuring the right conditions for installation is essential for a successful product assembly. If these conditions are not guaranteed, the production centre may refuse to deliver to the site. As our buildings are always manufactured according to the Client's requirements after repeated confirmation, the Client will have to pay the price of the building after manufacture even if, during confirmation, he provides our colleagues with false information about the conditions on site and, as a result, the construction cannot be completed.
Ensuring the precise, safe and well-constructed delivery and assembly of the building/building structure, our fitters will deliver the ordered product directly to you from the Polish production centre. Our colleagues are Polish-speaking, so we provide telephone interpretation for all clarifications and consultations. The interpreter's telephone number is always provided to our customers when confirming delivery.
For both the DELUX and DELUX insulated versions, the price includes the removal of the foil and the clean-up of the site. Of course, despite the best efforts, there may still be some materials left on site from minor installations.
When ordering, you must always enter the date of availability, which indicates the date from which you can be sure to receive the building ordered at the installation site. Our logistician will use this date as a basis for planning and as soon as possible the building ordered will be placed on the truck heading for you as soon as possible.
As soon as our logistician prepares a delivery route with your order, we will contact you by phone no later than 5-7 working days before the installation and inform you of the delivery date, giving you a 3-5 hour timeframe for our technicians to arrive. On average, installation will be completed within 4-8 weeks from the specified reception date and finalisation of the order for a DELUX building, and within 1-3 months for a DELUX insulated building. Therefore, if a date is given when the site is not yet receptive and the building is put on a route where we can deliver the product within a week, but you are still unable to receive our colleagues, it causes a lot of complications for our logistician in the planning. Please be responsible and give us a date from which you can have the building installed on site, even the next day. Thank you!
Delivery and assembly takes place on site on weekdays (and sometimes on Saturdays), between 6:00 am and 22:00 pm at the latest. The buildings on the route and their delivery times are planned and specified by our logistics officer at the production centre.
We can notify our customers at least 5-7 working days before the installation. Unfortunately, at the time of delivery, it sometimes happens that the installers arrive several hours later than planned, for example in case of a technical problem. If the original delivery time is in the evening, it is rare, but the delay can be so long that the installers can only start the next morning. Of course, as soon as we have this information, all customers on the route will be notified. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control.
It is also possible to request an individual time and date for the installation of the building. You can ask our colleagues about the surcharge and we will be able to quote you a price after consultation with our production partner.
Once you have ordered the building, our logistician will put it on a route as soon as possible. We will then contact you no later than 5-7 working days before delivery to let you know the exact date of installation, or give you a 3-5 hour time slot for our installers to arrive at your location as scheduled to assemble the building on site.
After you have placed your order, if you are aware that a permit is required to drive to the installation address you have provided, please contact us as soon as possible. When confirming routes, our colleagues will also always ask you if any official documentation is required for the driveway, but it is your responsibility to check this. You can apply for the access permit at the local municipalities with your truck's registration certificate, which we will send you by e-mail on request. Any additional costs for the collection permit are always borne by the buyer. In Budapest, we will take care of the administration, but the cost of the document will be borne by the Customer. We are not able to carry out the administration procedure in locations outside Budapest. If you fail to obtain the necessary document for recovery and the authorities impose a fine, you will have to pay the full amount of the fine.
If the customer fails to meet the conditions for successful delivery and installation, our manufacturing partner's installation team must return the product to the manufacturing centre. In most cases, installation can only be attempted again after 4-8 weeks. Importantly, a daily storage fee and a redelivery fee to cover the cost of the failed delivery will be charged in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
As our buildings are always produced according to the customer's requirements after repeated confirmation, the customer must pay the price of the building after production, even if he no longer requires the product or if the customer is held liable for the failed installation. Consequently, we can only undertake the next delivery if the customer pays the full price of the building and the failure fee in advance by bank transfer to the account number specified by the manufacturer.
Although we always strive to ensure that the buildings are delivered to the customer in the best possible condition, there is a risk that aesthetic damage may occur during multiple deliveries and during repacking prior to storage for exceptional reasons, for which neither we nor the production centre can guarantee.
For our DELUX buildings, the entire frame structure is built from galvanised end sections. In this case, however, it is also possible, at an extra charge, to paint the frame elements (bottom primer coat and a second coat of brown or black top coat). Our DELUX insulated buildings are made exclusively with galvanized frame.
You can find more information about the frame structures here: SKELETAL STRUCTURAL INFORMATION
The walls of our lightweight buildings are made of T7 trapezoidal sheets. And for the roof, we use T12 or T14 trapezoidal sheets, depending on the design. If you wish to have a roof cladding made of plywood for our DELUX buildings, trapezoidal sheets are also used under the elements. The trapezoidal sheets used for the production are exclusively class I.
You can find more information about the album cover here: WALL CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION
The plates of the side walls and windows are fixed to the structure with rivets during manufacture, while the roof plates are fitted into position by our fitters using self-tapping screws at the installation site.
The garages, storage facilities, etc. that we install are not hermetically sealed. Since our products are mostly sheet metal structures and are installed outdoors, it is worth taking into account the external environmental impacts that the building will be exposed to. These include, for example, water vapour in the form of water droplets on internal walls and roofs due to thermal fluctuations, or water stains and influences between the concrete base and the bottom of the building due to precipitation, depending on the slope and design of the foundation. In all cases it is the responsibility of the Clients to ensure adequate ventilation and insulation. Our buildings are therefore not suitable for human habitation, nor for the storage of objects or equipment sensitive to temperature fluctuations or water vapour. Pulion.hu accepts no liability for damage resulting from careless and unplanned storage.
We offer a longer than average 2-year guarantee on all installed buildings for private individuals, and a 1-year guarantee for orders placed by companies. The guarantee covers welds, rivets, gate motor components, moving parts, wall cladding, the quality of materials used for the frame structure and any additional parts and products used for the building.
Minor scratches on the disc cover resulting from transport and minor damage not affecting the durability of the disc are not covered by the warranty. These are inherent to mass production and bulk transport. This method of production and delivery enables us to offer our customers the best possible value for money. For this reason, it is unfortunately not always possible to ensure that the building ordered is installed completely undamaged. Of course, if the building arrives with major damage, we will repair it under warranty or replace the damaged element(s).
The galvanising, surface or painting of the frame may be slightly damaged during transport and repacking, and is not covered by the warranty. If the building has been ordered with a painted frame rather than a galvanised one, it is recommended that the frame is treated with a further coat of topcoat paint shortly after installation to prevent early corrosion and to maintain the quality of the steel for longer.
After installing the garage, you will need to remove the protective sheeting from the building. If the protective film is left on the building, depending on the weather conditions, it may damage the garage's paint coat and become increasingly difficult to remove over time. We urge you to remove the film immediately after installation in very hot weather, because if it stays on the sheeting for too long, it will stick so hard that you will only be able to remove it in small pieces. However, when installed in cold winter weather, the adhesive will set and stick to the surface of the sheet, making it much more difficult to remove properly during the winter months. In such cases, it is better to wait until the temperature reaches at least 5 degrees Celsius.
In the production of buildings, the process of cutting trapezoidal sheet metal and riveting produces metal shavings, which cannot be completely removed in the factory despite the best efforts. These metal shavings often stick to the trapezoidal sheet metal in a barely visible way, which can later, through contact with precipitation, result in rust stains on the surface of the sheet metal cladding. In most cases these can be removed with a hot water wipe. Since it is only after installation, when the metal shavings start to corrode, that you will notice that these shavings have remained on the sheet, it is your job to wipe and remove the rust stains. Please do this as soon as possible so that you don't damage the plating.
A properly prepared base is a prerequisite for a smooth installation. If the available base is not level, the installers have to support the building at the necessary points to ensure that the assembly can be carried out successfully and that the building can be left on site not only assembled but also in a usable condition after the assembly. In the case of an inadequate base, the correct adjustment and functioning of the windows and doors can only be achieved by means of supports and levelling. In this case, a height correction is therefore necessary. If this is done during the installation, it is important that you then tidy up the base as soon as possible. During this type of work, you must take great care to maintain the set height of the building and to ensure that it does not move, thus ensuring that the windows and doors function properly. In the absence of a suitable foundation, we cannot guarantee the normal use and operation of the building, in which case you assume full responsibility.
We can only guarantee the fixing if it is carried out by our fitters. If the fixing is carried out by you, you will only be able to claim the warranty on the garage structure. Complaints arising from incorrect fixing are, understandably, unfortunately not accepted and we cannot accept liability for any subsequent damage arising from this. In such cases, warranty repairs cannot be requested, except for a delivery charge. If the fixing is carried out by us, but on an inadequately prepared base, at your own request and at your own risk, in which case, although we have carried out the fixing of the building, we cannot guarantee it because of the inadequate base.
Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters: snowfall of more than 10 cm, Beaufort scale winds of gale force or more, hail - these are all factors for which we cannot guarantee the building. Snowfall of more than 10cm does not mean that the building will collapse, but as it is a lightweight building, do not subject the building to the weight or load of a snowfall layer of more than 10cm.
For warranty repairs, you should expect a similar time as for deliveries. On average, warranty repairs for DELUX finish require 4-8 weeks, while for DELUX insulated finish it is 1-3 months on average. Warranty deliveries are therefore carried out on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays, between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm, as for installations. The times are determined by the logistics team at the production centre. They may be subject to slight modifications on the route, of which you will be informed in any case. If you are not able to meet our technicians at the time specified and agreed, please be aware that it will take on average the same time to reschedule a new appointment as the original appointment. As appointments are closely scheduled, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate individual requests. We will not reimburse the cost of modifications/repairs made by other manufacturers or specialists unless they have been authorised in advance by our manufacturing partner and you have been informed of this.
Payment of the purchase price of the Products may only be made by bank transfer.
You can pay the purchase price according to the following payment schedule:
- An invoice/advance invoice will be issued for the total amount of the product after the order is finalised, but before production. The 50% of the Product price must be paid by the due date, prior to production and delivery. The production centre will organise and start production from this amount. The other 50% of the amount will need to be paid the day before installation (but at the latest on the day of installation, while the assemblers are unloading, before assembly starts). In all cases you must send us a receipt for the transfer. The fitters do not have information about the payments, so the payment slip should not be presented to the fitters, but should be reported to us and sent by email. We would like to draw your attention to the fact, which you expressly accept by accepting the GTC, that due to the fact that we work with Polish suppliers, manufacturing centres (the purchase price is to be paid in Polish zlotys to our manufacturing partners), we reserve the right to pass on to you any price fluctuations due to exchange rate changes in relation to the purchase price determined at the time of finalising the order, i.e. the 2nd VAT payment, which is not due to the exchange rate changes. We reserve the right to increase the purchase price by any additional costs resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
- If you pay a deposit of 100%, the purchase price can be fixed, as the euro amount will be converted into Polish zloty immediately upon receipt. There will be no additional costs due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Our prices are gross prices and include Slovak VAT 20%.
You will be able to pick up the documentation related to the building on site.
Yes, in all cases we will communicate the final and total price for the building. We do not work with hidden costs. This may only be different if you do not receive a reply to the quotation within 8 days, if you still want extras for the building afterwards, or if the delivery and installation conditions you have previously communicated do not correspond to reality.
It is your responsibility to prepare the reception area to receive the building. This requires the preparation of a suitable foundation and it is essential that you provide our colleagues with realistic information about the installation site when agreeing the details of the delivery. You must provide real contact details so that we can contact you for any clarifications. If the information and contact details provided are untrue, we cannot be held responsible for any incomplete or incorrect service.
For the mobile garage and other lightweight construction products we offer, a suitable concrete foundation is required to enable our installers to assemble the buildings we offer in the best way possible. Even minimal unevenness in the foundation can cause visible variations in the installation of a garage, which can affect the quality of the assembly. Regardless of this, the building you order will be erected where you want it.
Of course, there are some criteria that the installation site must meet, which is why the production centre requests photos of the site before each delivery. If you do not have a suitable foundation at the time of installation, the installers may refuse to assemble the building. In this case, we can carry out the installation at a later date once the base is ready. An additional charge will be made for the second visit.
The most suitable base is a full concrete base or concrete strip, but concrete blocks at anchorage points are also suitable. It is very important that all buildings must be anchored to the plinth immediately after assembly, otherwise the building cannot be guaranteed by the production centre. Of course, each foundation has different criteria, for which detailed guidelines are available in "Preparing the right basis" on the MobilGarázsBolt.hu website.
It is always worth consulting a mason or other competent professional about the concrete base, but generally for a full concrete base, 12-15cm of reinforced concrete is sufficient, as for a lightweight building it is more necessary to consider the thickness of the base for things stored in the garage.
If you're building a lane base, the recommended width is at least 30cm and the depth is generally 40-50cm.
In the case of formwork or concrete cubes, please place the elements with a surface area of 40×40 cm and projecting to a depth of at least 50 cm or 30×30 cm and generally projecting to a depth of 60 cm at the predetermined fixing points.
For the latter two options, it is also worth consulting a professional to determine the ideal depth of paving, as this can be greatly influenced by the quality of the soil in the area and the frost line can vary depending on the geographical location.
The base must always be designed so that the plane defined is horizontal and the diagonals are uniform. It is recommended that the base extends at least 10 cm in all directions beyond the lines of the walls of the mobile garage or lightweight building to provide sufficient support for the dowels when anchored and to ensure proper positioning of the building.
If you are planning to use the building as a car, we recommend that you always underpin the frame or threshold at the planned entrance to the building with concrete to avoid later deformation of the structure, as without support these parts will buckle and may deform over time under the weight of the load.
As we also work in the evening, colleagues can work with their own lighting. However, the fitters do not have a generator, so you will need to provide power for the installation period, especially if you have ordered a gate motor. Preparing the necessary power supply is necessary to install the device. In any case, please prepare yourself thoroughly for the installation and, if you are able, provide adequate power supply on site for our installers.
Yes, the mobile garage or lightweight building is assembled from prefabricated elements, which can be assembled on site in 2-8 hours, depending on the design. The average assembly time for the different versions is 2-8 hours for DELUX and 0,5-1,5 days for DELUX insulated. In most cases (not recommended for the insulated version due to the joints) the structure can be dismantled later and the elements can be easily relocated to a completely different site.
In some cases, this can be done without dismantling, even for smaller buildings. For larger buildings, however, the involvement of an expert is recommended. The Client is fully responsible for any structural deformation or damage caused during the relocation.
Once the installers have delivered and installed the selected building at your premises, they will hand over the order documentation, which includes the guarantee letter.
To claim under the guarantee, in addition to the guarantee letter, you will also need the brand plate/sticker and the invoice or, in the absence of an invoice, proof of payment on the spot. Once you have these, you can only send us your warranty claim by e-mail, attaching a suitable photo and, if necessary, video documentation. We will forward this in the appropriate form to the production centre, which will examine and assess the case. We will contact you as soon as possible with the reply we receive for an agreement. The brand plate is part of the building and its removal will automatically void the warranty.
