A well-designed garage is no longer just about having somewhere to park your car. It's about much more: convenience, storage, workshop function, aesthetics and making sure that the new building really fits in with the home environment.
For this project, the clients were looking for a premium solution in which comfortable space for two cars, and a separate storage and workshop area can also be created. Insulation, an electric sectional door and a colour and form to match the style of the house were also important considerations.
For the customers, several aspects were important at the same time. They wanted a garage that could not only store two cars, but was also practical for everyday use: space for tools, gardening equipment, DIY equipment and a workshop.
The choice ended up being a DELUX for insulated garage which offers both premium looks and thoughtful functionality.
The project is based on a 9 × 5,8 m DELUX insulated building was. The building is divided into two distinct parts: a 6 × 5,8 m garage part, and a 3 × 5,8 m storage compartment, separated by an internal partition.
This design is particularly practical because cars and storage equipment are not placed in a single common space. The garage area is kept tidy, while the annexe has a separate function: for tools, seasonal items, garden tools or even a workshop table for later.
The building is fitted with an insulated motorised sectional door, which provides convenience of use and a premium appearance. The design is complemented by an insulated door, internal door opening, sash windows, guttering and ventilation grilles.
The clients did not want to bother with retrofitting insulation. Retrofitting insulation to an existing building is time-consuming, may require more specialists and may not always be as aesthetically pleasing as a pre-insulated system.
The insulated design was also a winter comfort option: it was important not to have to sit in a freezing car in cold weather, and the building could be used more comfortably as a workshop or work space in the future.

A building of this size has a strong influence on the overall appearance of the courtyard and the house, so the choice of colours and materials was a key factor. It was important for the clients that the new garage should not appear as an alien element, but should naturally fit in with the style of the family house.
The final appearance was achieved by matching the roof, the windows, the gate and the door to the annexe. The rustic oak shade gives the building a warmer, more natural feel, while keeping the overall look modern and tidy.
The decision was also supported by visual designs, so that the clients could see how the building would look with the chosen colour combination before production started.
With a building of this size, it's not just the end result that matters, but how the client gets there. All the essential details were negotiated during the project: technical content, colours, payment schedule, installation conditions, site accessibility and even the prepared concrete base.
Based on the customer's feedback, the administration went smoothly, with helpful answers to questions and amendments. The installation progressed quickly and minor difficulties on site were resolved.
The finished building will not only provide shelter for two cars, but will also add a separate storage and workshop area for the family's daily needs. The insulated design, electric sectional door, matching colour scheme and premium details combine to create a building that will be comfortable to use for the long term.
This project demonstrates that a garage becomes truly valuable when it not only meets current needs, but also provides for future potential uses.
